StoryTribe, the Canva for Storyboarding, is experiencing explosive user growth and is looking for a talented engineer to join our founding team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Right to work full time in Sydney, Australia (No visa sponsorship will be provided, No student visa applicants)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with extensive experience in Node, React and Next.js.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Firebase, including Firestore, Firebase Functions, and Authentication.
• Solid understanding of canvas-based technologies, particularly Konva.js, or the ability to quickly learn them.
• Expertise in cloud services, particularly Google Cloud and Vercel.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and cloud deployment tools.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and effective API management.
• Experience with AI technologies, including integrating machine learning models and utilising AI-driven tools.
• Strong front-end development skills, with an eye for responsive, user-friendly UI design.
